Why is it called ‘Kaizoudou’? The name originates from the Japanese word 解像度, which means ‘resolution’ (as in an image or screen) and is transliterated as ‘kaizoudo’ in romanji. Fun fact, the additional ‘u’ in the website’s name was unintentionally included due to a mistake I made when registering the domain name.
